We have supplied and erected timber frames throughout the UK but mostly in the north of England, TFS Design Ltd builds according to the standards set by the Timber Research & Development Association. The design work and pre-fabrication drawings are done in-house with structural calculations provided by our qualified structural engineer where applicable, we will also work with your architect or designer.

CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE
We provide high-quality timber frames that are fabricated away from the site. They are erected as a continuous process of ground floor panels, intermediate floors, upper floor panels and roof trusses. After the trusses are in place, the battens and roofing felt can installed, followed by roof coverings. This makes the building watertight and for added security, the windows are installed on special brackets.
